The Big Pencil Award celebrates outstanding achievement in behavior and schoolwork for children aged 4 to 10.
Each week, our directirs and valadictorians recognize one student who exemplifies kindness, dedication, and a positive attitude in our afterschool program.
Recipients proudly receive a colorful, oversized pencil as a symbol of their hard work and commitment to excellence.... not to mention a little bonus cash to boot!
This award not only boosts their confidence but also encourages a supportive and motivating environment where youngsters learn the value of beeing a good citizen!
